We're the Pallet Company That Gives a Damn
There are plenty of pallet companies. Here's why businesses across San Diego choose to work with us — and keep coming back.
Zero-Landfill Guarantee
Every single pallet we handle is recycled, repaired, or repurposed. Damaged wood becomes mulch or biomass fuel. Nails go to steel recycling. Nothing goes to a landfill — ever. This isn't a marketing claim. It's a documented operational standard verified by our processing logs.
12+ Years of Industry Experience
We've been in the pallet business since 2011. That means we've seen every pallet type, solved every logistics challenge, and built relationships with suppliers and manufacturers across the region. Experience means fewer mistakes and better pricing.
Same-Day Service in San Diego
Need pallets delivered today? Have a pile of used pallets that needs to go? In our primary service area (San Diego County), we offer same-day and next-day pickup and delivery for in-stock items. No waiting around.
Transparent, Fair Pricing
We don't inflate list prices to then offer you a 'discount.' Our prices are market-based, transparent, and consistent. Bulk pricing is automatic — no haggling required. And we'll tell you honestly if a used pallet will work just as well as a new one.
Full-Cycle Pallet Management
Most pallet companies only sell. We buy, sell, recycle, repair, transport, and report. That means you can consolidate your entire pallet operation with one partner — reducing complexity, cost, and environmental impact.
ESG & Sustainability Documentation
If your organization has ESG reporting requirements, we provide documented proof of materials diverted from landfill — including weight, volume, and CO₂ equivalent calculations. Audit-ready reports formatted for common ESG frameworks.

What Actually Sets Us Apart
Every pallet company says they're the best. We prefer to show the operational differences that matter to your bottom line and supply chain. Here's a detailed breakdown of how we compare to the typical pallet supplier in the San Diego market.

Quality & Selection
Our Quality Promise — In Writing
Every pallet we sell — new, recycled, or repaired — comes with our quality guarantee. If a pallet fails to meet the specifications for its stated grade, we replace it at no cost. No arguments, no fine print.
Grade A — Premium Recycled
Structurally sound, no broken boards, no protruding nails, no contamination. Rated for 2,500 lbs dynamic load minimum. Clean appearance suitable for retail-facing applications.
Grade B — Standard Recycled
Structurally sound with minor cosmetic imperfections (surface staining, minor board discoloration). No broken boards or protruding nails. Rated for 2,000 lbs dynamic load minimum.
Grade C — Economy
Functional for light-duty applications, internal warehouse use, or one-way shipments. May have repaired boards or minor structural wear. Rated for 1,000 lbs dynamic load minimum.
New / Custom Build
Built to your exact specifications using new lumber. Full compliance with GMA, ISPM-15, or customer-specific standards. Rated to your stated load requirements with engineering documentation.
The Fine Print (There Isn't Much)
Quality claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacement pallets are delivered on the next available route at no charge. If we can't fulfill a replacement within 48 hours, we issue a full credit. We track every quality claim and use them to improve our grading process — our current claim rate is under 0.5% of all pallets sold.
Speed You Can Count On
In the pallet business, timing matters. A late delivery can shut down a production line. A missed pickup can block a loading dock. We publish our response time commitments because we believe accountability starts with transparency.

Business Terms That Work for You
We know that rigid payment terms and minimum order requirements can make it hard for growing businesses to work with pallet suppliers. That's why we offer the most flexible terms in the San Diego market — designed to accommodate businesses of every size and stage.
Net 30 Payment Terms
Qualified commercial accounts receive Net 30 terms after a simple credit review. No deposits required for established accounts. We also offer Net 15 for a 2% early payment discount.
No Minimum Order
Need 10 pallets? 10,000? We handle orders of any size. There is no minimum order quantity — whether you're a startup needing your first shipment or a distribution center restocking weekly.
Volume Pricing (Automatic)
You don't need to negotiate bulk pricing. Orders of 100+ pallets automatically receive Tier 1 pricing. 500+ units receive Tier 2. 1,000+ receive Tier 3. The discount is applied at checkout — no haggling required.
Standing Order Programs
For businesses with predictable pallet needs, we offer standing order programs with guaranteed pricing, dedicated inventory allocation, and scheduled delivery on your preferred day and time window.
Pallet Buyback & Trade-In
We pay cash for used pallets in good condition. Grade A buyback at $4-6 per pallet. Grade B at $2-4. Grade C accepted for free pickup (we save you the disposal cost). Your used pallets offset the cost of your next order.
Metrics That Matter
We track our performance obsessively because our clients depend on us. These are the key performance indicators we measure monthly — and share with any client who asks.
