We serve businesses across Southern California with pallet delivery, pickup, and recycling services. Our service area is divided into three tiers based on distance from our primary facility in San Diego.
San Diego County
Same-day and next-day delivery available for all in-stock items. Delivery fees included for most orders of 50+ pallets. Recurring pickup and delivery routes run daily across the county.

We Respond
A real person reads your inquiry and responds with a quote or follow-up questions. For simple quote requests (standard sizes, known quantities), you will receive a per-unit price with delivery included. For complex needs, we may schedule a 10-minute call.
You Approve
Review the quote — no expiration pressure. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If you want to proceed, confirm by email. For first-time orders over 100 units, we offer to send 2–3 sample pallets so you can inspect the grade before committing.
We Deliver
Once approved, we schedule delivery based on your preferred timeline. In-stock orders within San Diego County are typically delivered same-day or next business day. We confirm the delivery window and our driver will coordinate dock access with your team on arrival.
Our Response Time Guarantee
Every inquiry submitted through our website or email receives a response within one business day. For urgent orders and time-sensitive requests, we prioritize accordingly — most quote requests are answered within 2–4 hours during business hours. If you haven't heard from us within 24 business hours, something went wrong. Email us again at info@sandiegopallet.com and we will prioritize your request immediately.

Visit Our Facility
Our primary facility is located at 7420 Carroll Rd, San Diego, CA 92121, in the Miramar/Sorrento Valley industrial district. This central location gives us fast access to all major San Diego freeways — I-15, I-5, SR-163, and SR-56 — allowing efficient delivery coverage across the entire county and beyond.
The facility includes our pallet inventory yard (2,400+ pallets in stock at all times across multiple sizes and grades), repair and remanufacturing shop, chipping and mulch processing area, quality control inspection stations, and administrative offices. Walk-in customers are welcome during business hours — if you want to inspect pallets before ordering, drive in and our team will walk you through the inventory.
Getting Here
From I-15 South: Exit at Carroll Canyon Rd, head west. Turn right onto Carroll Rd. Facility is on the left approximately 0.3 miles ahead.
From I-15 North: Exit at Miramar Rd, head west. Turn left onto Carroll Rd. Facility is on the right.
From I-5: Exit at La Jolla Village Dr, head east. Turn right onto Towne Centre Dr, then left onto Carroll Canyon Rd, then right onto Carroll Rd.

Business Hours
Early and late accommodations: Need a delivery before 7 AM or after 5 PM? We can arrange off-hours delivery for time-sensitive orders. Contact us to discuss scheduling.
Holiday schedule: We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day.
