Our Fleet

Purpose-Built for Pallet Logistics

We do not contract out deliveries to general freight carriers who stack your pallets behind someone else's load. Our fleet is owned, maintained, and operated by our team specifically for pallet transportation.

Flatbed Trucks

Our 48-foot flatbed trailers are the workhorse of our fleet. A single flatbed carries up to 800 standard 48x40 pallets stacked and strapped. Flatbeds allow forklift loading and unloading from both sides, which cuts your dock time in half compared to van trailers. This is the preferred option for large-volume orders and facilities with drive-through dock configurations.

Best forHigh volume, open dock sites

Box Trucks (26 ft)

Our 26-foot box trucks handle mid-size deliveries of 100-300 pallets. The enclosed body protects pallets from weather during transport, which matters for heat-treated pallets and food-grade inventory that cannot arrive wet. Box trucks also navigate tighter urban locations, shopping center loading docks, and facilities without full-size trailer access.

Stake Bed / Utility

For small orders, rush deliveries, or tight-access locations, our stake bed trucks carry 50-100 pallets with quick turnaround. These vehicles are ideal for construction sites, retail stores, and facilities without loading docks. The open sides allow hand-unloading or forklift access, and the smaller footprint means we can reach locations that full-size trucks cannot.

Scheduling

Delivery & Pickup Scheduling Options

We work around your operation, not the other way around. Choose the scheduling model that fits your workflow, or mix and match as your needs change.

Same-Day Rush

Need pallets today? For orders within our primary service area (San Diego County), we can dispatch same-day if the order is placed before 10 AM. Rush delivery carries a $75-150 surcharge depending on distance and volume. This option is available Monday through Friday and covers both deliveries and pickups.

Available Mon-Fri before 10 AM

Next-Day Scheduled

Our most popular option. Place your order by 3 PM and we deliver the next business day within a 2-hour arrival window. You choose morning (7-9 AM), midday (11 AM-1 PM), or afternoon (2-4 PM). Next-day scheduling is included at no extra charge for orders within the primary zone.

Order by 3 PM, 2-hour arrival window

Standing Weekly Schedule

For clients with predictable pallet needs, we set up a standing weekly delivery and/or pickup on a fixed day and time. Your driver knows your dock, your team knows when to expect them, and the process runs like clockwork. Standing schedules lock in preferred pricing and guarantee truck availability during peak seasons.

Fixed day & time, locked-in pricing

On-Call / As-Needed

Not every business has predictable pallet volume. Our on-call option lets you request a delivery or pickup with 48-hour lead time and no standing commitment. You only pay when you use the service. Ideal for seasonal businesses, project-based operations, or companies building up to a standing schedule.

48-hour lead time, no commitment

Dock Operations

Loading, Unloading & Site Requirements

Efficient loading and unloading keeps your dock clear and our trucks on schedule. Here is what we handle and what we need from your team to make deliveries smooth.

What We Provide

Driver-Assisted Unloading

Our drivers are trained to operate your forklift if needed, or to guide the unloading process using hand signals and clear communication. They will place pallets exactly where your team directs.

Strapping & Load Securing

Every outbound load is strapped with polyester banding and corner protectors. For flatbed loads, we use ratchet straps rated for the load weight and DOT-compliant securement methods.

Pallet Count Verification

The driver counts every pallet on and off the truck. You receive a signed delivery receipt with exact quantities, condition notes, and any discrepancies documented on the spot.

Swap-Out Service

Delivering new pallets and picking up used ones in the same trip. We bring your order, drop it at the dock, and load your surplus or recyclable pallets onto the same truck. One dock appointment instead of two.

What We Need from You

Forklift or Dock Access

Flatbed deliveries require a forklift (5,000 lb minimum capacity) on your end for unloading. If you do not have a forklift, our box truck with liftgate can handle smaller orders with hand-stacking.

Clear Staging Area

Please have a clear area near the dock where we can place pallets. We need approximately 200 square feet per 100 pallets for ground-level stacking, or less if racking is available.

Appointment Confirmation

For facilities with appointment-based receiving, please confirm the delivery window 24 hours in advance. Our dispatch team will call your receiving department the morning of delivery to confirm arrival time.

Gate and Access Information

If your facility has a gate code, security check-in, or specific truck entrance, let us know during order placement. This prevents delays at the gate that eat into your dock time and our route schedule.

Logistics & Tracking

Order Tracking & Communication

You should never have to wonder where your pallets are. We keep you informed at every stage of the process, from order confirmation to delivery completion.

01

Order Confirmation

Within 1 hour of placing your order, you receive an email confirmation with order details, estimated delivery date, pricing breakdown, and your account contact information.

02

Dispatch Notification

When your order is loaded and the truck departs our yard, you receive a text or email notification with the driver name, vehicle type, and estimated arrival time.

03

Arrival Alert

30 minutes before arrival, our driver or dispatch team calls your receiving department to confirm dock availability and any last-minute instructions. This gives your team time to clear the dock and stage a forklift.

04

Delivery Confirmation

After unloading is complete, you receive a digital delivery receipt with exact pallet count, condition notes, photos if requested, and driver signature. This becomes the record of delivery for invoicing and dispute resolution.

Dedicated Account Management

Every client with a standing delivery or pickup schedule is assigned a dedicated account contact. This is not a call center. It is a real person who knows your facility, your dock layout, your preferred delivery times, and your order history. When you call, you reach someone who can answer your question immediately or resolve an issue without transferring you. For high-volume clients, your account contact proactively monitors inventory levels and suggests order timing to prevent stockouts.
